Last Saturday saw the very first Velocity Dance Competition, hold a regional qualifier in Invercargill.
St Peter's College pupils were competing with their various Dance Schools, Dance It Out, Central Academy and Meenan Dance in the Hip Hop categories, with some amazing results.

Phoebe Davidson-Watts: Junior HipHop Duo - 3rd: Intermediate Ixora Crew - 3rd: with the Duo qualifying for Velocity Nationals. The Ixora Crew is coached by Samantha as well.
Both Samantha and Dada are heading to Wellington this weekend to compete at Hip Hop Unite in the solo, duo and Crew Categories for Samantha, and Dada will join Samantha in the Felony Crew, which is made up of dancers from Gore, Winton and Invercargill.
We look forward to hearing all about what is bound to be another great weekend of dancing.
