Students and their whanau were invited to a Maths Week evening here at school, on Tuesday this week. While we didn’t have the quantity of numbers we were hoping for, we certainly had quality!
Whanau had the opportunity to play some Maths games – Othello, Snakes & Ladders, Crib, Connect 4, Magic 100’s, Giant Jenga, as well as complete some challenges such as constructing the tallest free-standing tower using kebab sticks and playdough.
It was a fun night for all who attended, and we thank those who made the effort to come along.
