There are hundreds of jobs and corresponding videos that give akonga a glimpse at what a specific job would look like on a day-to-day basis. If students find a career they want to explore further, they can receive further links via text. We would highly encourage our school community to explore their options for the future.
We would like to acknowledge the Mayoral Task Force for Jobs who have generously sponsored this display kiosk to St Peter's for an entire year. We are excited for our akonga to explore potential vocations and get them prepared for life. If students are interested in using this kiosk, make an appointment with Mrs Delahunt at the Careers Office to get started.
