On May 17th, Mia Tauti, Mia Wilkins, and Nikayla Vetters competed at the Southland Secondary Schools Swimming Championships held at Splash Palace in Invercargill. The girls had a great day and many personal bests (PBs) were achieved.
Mia Wilkins' Results:
- 6th in the 12-year Girls 50m Breaststroke
- 8th in the 12-year Girls 50m Butterfly
- 10th in the 12-year Girls 50m Backstroke
- 10th in the 12-year Girls 50m Freestyle
Mia Tautis' Results:
- 7th in the 12-year Girls 50m Breaststroke
- 5th in the 12-year Girls 50m Butterfly
- 7th in the 12-year Girls 50m Freestyle
- 9th in the 12-year Girls 50m Backstroke
Nikayla Vetters' Results:
- 9th in the 14-year Girls 50m Backstroke
- 12th in the 14-year Girls 50m Breaststroke
- 9th in the 14-year Girls 50m Butterfly
- 13th in the 14-year Girls 50m Freestyle
