It was such a thrill to take our International Students to Invercargill to go shopping, followed by dinner at our favourite restaurant, Koji.
Recent arrivals from Japan: Raki, Sora, Yuki, Toramasa and Maruto, as well as new arrival from Hong Kong, Ian, have been warmly welcomed by Depp, Dada, Kasidis, Felix and Ice from Thailand, Ryohei from Japan, Ophelia and Jack from Hong Kong as well as ex student Chris who is now studying at S. I. T.
So much chatter and laughter ( and miming!! ) as all the Students helped each other with the language they all had in common - English.
We also shared a cake for dessert with Birthday girl Dada, who celebrated her 16th birthday, which is her 5th since coming to study at St Peter's College.
A great night out and we can't wait for our next International outing.
